Vista for me is great with only one thing i hate is the pop up that asks you to continue, allow, etc. It really pisses me off, any ideas on how to disable it?

Go to Control Panel- user account and disable UAC (User account control) .

vista is more secure and is a lot more difficult to infect but XP runs better with more programs etc
