lol times have pasted and i forgot lol my bad(I just realized that my last post is like 4 posts away from my other one months ago) =p

anyways blazblue is a 2D fighter and the spiritual successor of the guilty gear series

Another game that made me go "wow" was Trauma Center: Second Opinion for the Wii, somthing about the being a surgeon in my house amazes me.

I think the last game made me go "wow" was Bioshock.
I just love the atmosphere and art design in that game.
Dyson is a pretty cool indie game too. Ambient RTS with abstract visuals lol. I love it.

Mine would have to be Cave Story. It's a freeware indie game made by a guy named Daisuke Amaya(Pixel). It's old-school Metrovania(metroid + castlevania) style. I freaking love this game, the characters and sprites are awesome, plus it's pretty difficult if you don't know what you're doing. I didn't even think that people made games like that anymore. Also, you should pick up Ika-chan by the same guy (it's a little short but is very cute).

I... liked my Pokemon.. *shy face* LOL. I was one of those who played my friend's GameBoy when the first series of Pokemon came out, then bought one for myself when Gold/Silver came out because it hit me with the WOW factor with 200 more pokemon O_O_O_O_O_O_O_O

Theres a re-make of gold and silver coming out for the DS, im already playing them on my emulator =P. Theres some tight new features are in it.

Last game was probably Ico, which was a awhile back. It's an underrated masterpiece really.

The games that make me go "wow!" are the ones with magnificent soundtracks.

Donkey Kong Country 2 made my jaw drop as a kid and continues to do so today. Let's not get started on the FF series with Mr. Uematsu's great composures either. Great stuff!

I would have to say Resident Evil 4 also ... Me and my friend just got done downloading the demo at the same time and decide to do a co-op.
When we got to the first screen we were just in shock .. I dont think we moved forward till 5 mins later. Just looking at the graphics in shock haha.

FFXIII right now. the graphics are simply breathtaking (especially lake besha) . the people are beautiful too. (lebearu and light ftw!)

HF2 and Portal for sheer ingenuity

MW2 for its electric excitement when playing (such as in single player)

The last game I was really "wowed" by was probably Persona 4. It was a while since I played a decent RPG and was accustomed to the mediocre crap most companies were putting out. The game was just a remarkably well done experience that I just couldn't walk away feeling this sense of wonder that I haven't felt from a game since way back in the PS1 days with something like Gears or Grandia. I really didn't go into the game thinking it'd be much of anything, but it turned out to be one of the best games I've ever played. Just a totally awesome game.
